Order History

Customers may view the details of past orders and the current status of all orders. If the order was shipped via a shipping vendor recognized by HostedStore, then the tracking number will appear as a hyperlink. Clicking the hyperlink will open a new window and pass the tracking number to the shipping vendor's online order tracking utility.

If an order has not been processed, then the customer can cancel the order if that feature has been enabled in the store configuration.

Orders can be saved as a shopping list which can be used for future purchases. A shopping list can be created for any order even if the order has been cancelled.
